Salary Overview Table
In the HRM > Salary section, you’ll see a structured table displaying all employee salary entries. The columns include:
- Name – The name of the employee receiving the salary.
- Department – The department the employee belongs to.
- Amount – The salary amount paid.
- Account – Any associated account details (if provided).
- Method – The payment method used (e.g., Cash, Bank Transfer).
- Note – Any additional notes related to the payment.
- Action – Options to edit or delete the entry.
Adding a New Salary Entry
To add a new salary record:
- Click on + Add new salary.
- Select the employee from the dropdown list.
- Enter the department, salary amount, account details, and choose a payment method.
- Add a note if necessary.
- Click Save to record the entry.
Once saved, the information will appear in the salary table, and it can be modified or deleted anytime.

The Salary section in EzyVoice simplifies payroll tracking by providing an intuitive interface for entering, managing, and updating salary records. It ensures transparency in payments and helps businesses maintain accurate employee compensation logs.
