The Departments section in EzyVoice’s HRM module lets you organize your workforce efficiently.

How to Add a New Department
To create a new department:
- Navigate to HRM > Department from the left-hand sidebar.
- Click the green + Add new department button.
- Enter the Department Name (e.g., “Marketing Department”).
- Select whether to Show or Hide the department.
- Click Save to create the department.
Once saved, the department will appear in the list with:
- Status (e.g., Active)
- Action buttons to Edit or Delete the department

Organizing your employees into departments provides several benefits:
- Easier tracking of departmental headcount and structure
- Simplified employee filtering for reporting and salary calculations
- Better assignment of roles, responsibilities, and permissions
