Managing Employee Attendance in HRM
The Attendance section in EzyVoice HRM helps you keep accurate records of employee work hours. From check-in/check-out times to tracking attendance status, this module simplifies daily employee time management and improves HR operations.

Attendance Overview Table
When you visit the HRM > Attendance tab, you'll see a comprehensive table displaying all attendance entries. Each row includes:
- Name – The employee’s name.
- Department – The department the employee belongs to.
- Date – The recorded date of attendance.
- Check-in & Check-out – The times when the employee started and ended work.
- Note – Any additional information, such as reasons for being late or early leave.
- Status – Attendance status (e.g., Late).
- Action – Edit or delete any entry as needed.
Adding New Attendance
To record a new attendance entry:
- Click the + Add new attendance button.
- Fill in the form:
- Select Employee
- Pick a Date
- Enter Check-in time (required)
- Enter Check-out time (optional)
- Add a Note (optional)
- Click Save to log the attendance.
Once saved, the data appears in the main table, where it can be monitored or modified.

The Attendance module provides a structured way to track employee punctuality and working hours. By allowing quick data entry and real-time updates, EzyVoice helps HR teams stay organized and informed—ensuring accountability across all departments.
