How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Easily switch between Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plans based on your business needs and feature requirements.

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
- Log in to your EzyVoice account.

- From the dashboard, select Subscription on the left-hand menu.

- Under Upgrade Plan, choose between Monthly or Yearly billing.
Compare available plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) to decide which one best suits your needs.
Click the Upgrade button under your desired plan.

- A confirmation screen will appear asking: “Are you sure? Upgrade Package”?
- Click Yes, Continue.

- You’ll be taken to a payment screen.
- If prompted, select your preferred payment method (e.g., Paystack).
- Once selected, you’ll see the final payment summary.

- Click Pay Now to complete the upgrade or downgrade.
