How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Easily switch between Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plans based on your business needs and feature requirements.

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan


  • Log in to your EzyVoice account.

  • From the dashboard, select Subscription on the left-hand menu.

  • Under Upgrade Plan, choose between Monthly or Yearly billing.
  • Compare available plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) to decide which one best suits your needs.

  • Click the Upgrade button under your desired plan.


  • A confirmation screen will appear asking: “Are you sure? Upgrade Package”?
  • Click Yes, Continue.

  • You’ll be taken to a payment screen.
  •  If prompted, select your preferred payment method (e.g., Paystack).
  • Once selected, you’ll see the final payment summary.

    • Click Pay Now to complete the upgrade or downgrade.
