Managing Users and Role Permissions in EzyVoice

Accessing Role Management

  • Log in to your EzyVoice account.
  • Click Settings from the dashboard.
  • Navigate to Settings, then select Role Management.

  • Click Add New User to continue.

Enter user details:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Position at the business

  • User Role

  • Click Save

  • The user role has been successfully added.

Managing Role Permissions

  • Navigate to Settings, then Click Role Permissions.

  • Enable or disable permissions such as:

  • Role permission updated successfully.

By managing users and role permissions effectively, you can keep your EzyVoice account organized, secure, and aligned with your team’s responsibilities. This ensures smoother collaboration while maintaining full control over sensitive business data.
