How to Add Customers in EzyVoice

An overview of how to add and manage customer profiles in EzyVoice for invoicing and sales.

Accessing the Customers Section

  • Log in to your EzyVoice account.
  • Navigate to Sale, then select Customers.

  • Click Add New Customers to continue.

Enter customer details:

  • Customer name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Business Number

  • Tax/Vat Number

  • Country

  • Currency

  • Click Save

  • Customer has been added successfully.

Once saved, the customer will appear in your Customers list and can be selected when creating invoices, estimates, or recurring billing. You can edit or update customer details at any time as your business relationship evolves.
